**Important Christmas deadlines
order by December 14th with in Ontario to recieve in time for Christmas.
Anywhere else in Canada please order before December 11th
We will be using Sendle for shipping. they will leave package, however if they do not feel it will be safe, they will leave notice for pick up.

Q: In store Pick up?
A:Yes you can select in store pick up. Our hours are Tuesday to Friday 9am till 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. * please note, we will be closed from December 26th till January 1st and will reopen 

Q: Where is my package?

A: Please check tracking numbers first. Tracking can be checked through Sendle https://try.sendle.com/en-ca/tracking If you are having trouble feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Q: My package came damaged as well as the item/items I bought, what should I do?

A:
Please contact us right away if there is a problem. We wil try our best to help.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Packages will take 2-3 business days to ship and depending on where you are located can take 2-6 business days excluding holidays to get to your destination.
